About the room

Available after May 16, 2026. (Master bedroom) Regarding the home’s location, Natividad Medical Center is within walking distance, and Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital is approximately 10 minutes away. Creek Bridge Shopping Center is within 3 minute walking distance. Safeway, restaurants, and gas station in the same shopping center. Salons and banks are also within walking distance.

There is a creek directly in front of the house with beautiful, tall trees and walking trails. The house is very well organized and kept clean. The kitchen is shared with other roommates. Also, a high-tech camera security system monitors 24/7. I have a water softener system for the entire house and drinkable filter water available. The location of the home is in a safe, quiet area with ample parking available. Not a lot of traffic in the street. No pets. An ideal housemate would be a professional who is tidy, considerate, easy-going, and responsible. Working professionals (commuters) are welcome. $50 will be added to the monthly payment, which covers the bills.

Security deposit (refundable): $800.

I work from home and have 2 other respectful nice roommates. Roommates are rarely home. No traffic in the house at all. No dogs or cats live here. Thanks
