This house is located in DeLaVista subdivision which is just a few miles away from Lake Sumpter and the town square. I have a fenced yard with an indoor/outdoor onto the lanai. This room is on the opposite entrance and is by the front of the house. Internet is included. The room is furnished with two twin beds placed together to make one king size bed, dresser. Private bathroom comes with this room. Also, a pass for the events and golfing at The Villages is available for those who stay beyond 3 months. The house is free of clutter and has a welcoming atmoshere for you to enjoy your home. My former roommate stayed 4 years and another for 2 years. This room is priced for one person. The Lanai has an indoor/outdoor entrance to the yard. This is a Villa with a 10 ft privacy concrete wall surrounding the back yard. Electric is split by half and averages 130 per month each. This is a month to month agreement but welcome a long term renter/roommate. A background check is required.

I lived in a hostel in Maui and I have adopted the policy of all common areas were kept clean for the next person, this worked very well! This house is nicely furnished with huge big screen TV and leather recliners in living room for those sports fans.
