About the room
We have a nice bedroom available for rent in a central Arlington 3 level townhouse. The bedroom will share a bathroom & a half with 2 other people. We keep a clean house and everyone is expected to pick up after themselves and help out with overall housework.
We are located near the intersection of Arlington Blvd (Route 50) and George Mason Drive in the middle of Arlington. The house has a great location in central Arlington, only a 5 minute drive to Ballston or Clarendon and less than 10 minutes to DC. There is always free parking available on the street. We have a patio and small yard as well. There are plenty of parks and running/biking trails nearby. The place is a great deal for the price!
The rent is $780 plus utilities which are around $120 every month. First month rent and one month deposit needed upon move-in. Move in date will be May 1st & the lease renews every 6 months.
The rent price is very affordable for the amount of space and the convenience of living in Arlington. Between the excellent location and awesome roommates, it’s a really great place to live.

About the roomies
The current roommates are 2 males and 2 females in their mid 20s to mid 30s. We are looking for someone in that age range. The house is pretty quiet during the week but everyone enjoys being social around the weekends. Everyone in the house gets along great so we’re looking for someone pretty laid back that fits in well. No drama and no smoking please!
