We are on a half acre oasis across the street from Powell Butte. I am looking for month to month renters who are honest, kind and drama free to enjoy this unique home and property. The kitchen and two bathrooms are shared and there is a living room and dining room which has a door in case you desire privacy. There’s no smoking on the property. There is parking on the property adjacent to the street. The back yard has a fire pit and several shaded seating areas. Because the home is three levels and was used as a therapy office there is privacy. This large 16 x13 furnished room is upstairs across from mine and adjacent to a bathroom. It has 3 windows and a large closet. There are no sleepovers in the rooms but an occasional guest is welcome on the couch. At times there will be a friendly miniature horse, Prince Legacy, on the property.

I am a retired child psychologist and proud tiny horse mom. I enjoy the beauty and privacy of the property and look forward to welcoming the next kind hearted, honest and positive person to my home. We require first and last month rent and security deposit as well as background & credit check so that all here feel secure. Currently there is a security guard, photographer and pharmacy tech here.
