Nice, suburban, quiet neighborhood with swimming pool in Acworth convenient to I-75, close to Woodstock, Kennesaw and 20 minutes South to Atlanta and 20 minutes North to Cartersville. Only 4 miles to KSU! Recently renovated large home with 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the main that I am seeking to rent out furnished. All main utilities would be included I would just ask that the tenant contribute a portion toward wifi and toward a once a month maid service. The tenant would have access to share the main level kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. All the other bedrooms and baths are upstairs. I keep a very clean and tastefully decorated home. I am an empty nester, and would prefer woman roommate.

I am divorced and my daughter was in college and just graduated and is out on her own so it is just me and my cat most of the time. My bedroom is upstairs along with my daughter’s bedroom and a guest bedroom. I am a non-smoker, rare occasional drinker, Christ follower. I am 54, but I’m in pretty good shape and planning to get in better shape moving forward. I am back in college grad school and will soon earn my next degree. I work in the education and mental health field.
