Looking for a third roommate for a 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 1500 sq ft single family home in the South point Area. The house is about 10 - 15 minute drive from RTP and convenient to i40 with lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. This is a 2 story house with a large yard in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a walking trail close by and the Tobacco Trail for running/biking. Living area, kitchen and patio are shared. Washer and dryer in unit. There is a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. The plan is to have 3 roommates in the whole house.

Currently, the house has 2 male roommates, 29 and 32 years old. Actively looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful but also is open-minded, easy-going, chill and fun to live with. Looking for a working professional at least 25 years old with proof of income. Regular work schedule preferred. Small (<35lbs) and quiet pet(dog) is okay. No smoking inside the house and no drugs of any kind. Rent is $500 plus utilities (water, electric, gas, security), internet is included, with a $500 deposit. Move-in date is June 1st.
