A long-term tenant lives on the 3rd floor. He is very cool and laid back; he is in a band that plays at all the top spots and is also an IT expert. He is usually gone at night and on weekends for his gigs. The other room on the 3rd floor is home to another great guy who works for the railroad and is gone most of the time.
They have both been fabulous tenants and have great respect for each other, their privacy, security, and individual requests or needs. They communicate very well with each other when they are having guests over or if they need some quite time.
