We are on a 1/2 acre oasis across the street from Powell Butte, close to Gresham. The home is tri-level so there is privacy and the available room is 12x13. At times there will be a friendly miniature horse, Prince Legacy, on the grounds which include a fire pit and several outdoor seating areas. There’s gardening space available for those interested : ) The shared dining room has a door which can be closed for privacy and a comfy living room with a TV. We are across the street from a mini mart, only a mile from two grocery stores and 3 doors down from the Powell and 162nd bus stop. This room can be unfurnished or furnished as you desire. Clothes, rack versus closet, parking spot available and UTILITIES INCLUDED.

I am a retired child psychologist looking to share my home with honest, kindhearted and tidy people. There is no smoking on the property and no overnight guests in the rooms but a couch is available for the occasional guest.
