We are an oasis on 1/2 acre of land across the street from Powell Butte. The home is tri-level so there is quite a bit of privacy and the available room is 130 square feet. At times there will be a friendly miniature horse, Prince Legacy, on the grounds which include a fire pit and several outdoor seating areas. I also have two sweet chickens who roam the property. The dining room has a door which can be closed for privacy or hang out in the shared living room. We are a mile from two grocery stores and 3 houses from the Powell bus stop. This room is a furnished 10x13’ with no closet (clothes rack though) and 2 windows.
I am a retired child psychologist looking to share my home with honest, kindhearted and responsible people. There is no smoking on the property but there is parking. There are no overnight guests in the rooms but a couch is available for guests. We require, deposit, first and last months rent as well as credit and background checks. Currently we have a a substitute teacher and a traveling nurse in residence.
