Looking for someone who doesn’t mind me having my office in the sunroom as I currently wfh as an insurance advisor! If you wfh you could have the dining room area if you want since that’s directly off your room!

The house has free washer and dryer, fireplace, and parking. There’s also a pool, gym, dog park, and a bunch of other amenities. I do have a cat and am open to discussing one other animal!

I love decorating and have a really cute couch and coffee table and more furniture for the common areas.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and will take part in a weekly cleaning schedule. I’m super easy going but general cleanliness and limiting clutter in the common area is a must. I get cold really easily so if you are someone who is always hot it might not be the best fit!
