We prefer long term stays as we pride ourselves of once having some stays as long as 10 years! We strive to make this a comfortable and clean home that you will enjoy coming to and can relax in.

FREE utilities wireless high-bandwidth internet and 28“ flat screen TV in your room. There is a full bed with linens, desk and chair, two night stands and two dresser. There is a bay window and a private door opening up to the backyard inside bedroom. This could be used as a private entrance, if one wished to go through the side gate in yard.

Shared sitting rooms for your enjoyment. Varying levels of storage options available upon request. The chef in you will surely enjoy the 400 Sq ft. kitchen w/extra capacity fridge and dishwasher. The appliances are all in matching black with a natural stone floor. The home is in a great neighborhood.

This is an ideal situation for military, geo-bachelors, transitional situations or any professional person. The home is located caddy corner to a convenience store, 1/2 mile from Super Wal-Mart, shopping & restaurants. 1.5 blocks from I-64 entrance. Close to beaches, bus line, bases, ODU and Norfolk State University.

Hurry this is a must see and usually goes quickly, but willing to wait for the “right fit” of a person. Please text for initial contact. This is my personal home and we all want to be sure we get an easy going person that is safe, will help with the chores and buying household items (toilet paper, paper towels, Windex, etc) as well as quiet during weeknight sleeping times.

Sorry, absolutely no over night guests. It is just too weird and crowded on the shared bathroom.

NOTE: I have a dog and cat that roam the house. We don’t wish to have anymore animals in the home.
