About the room
I am planning to move out and finding someone to take over the lease from now to SEPTEMBER,2021. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and has access to bus station at a distance of 2 min walk. The grocery store is 5 min walk away and the rent is very low. It is a townhouse with 3 bedroom and there is one bedroom available to take over the lease. The new tenant is preferred to have pronouns of she/her as there are two other girls [she/her] living there at the moment. It has :

- Kitchen
- Dinning area
- Back porch
- 2 storage compartment The rent amount doesn’t include Wifi or utilities. However, the wifi is shared so it is also available.
About the roomies
I have 2 roommates currently. One is an international Masters student from University of Oregon and she is working full time. The second roommate also is working full time and very friendly. They are very clean and social. Their preference is to find someone who is clean and okay with coexisting and sharing living situations. Feel free to contact me
