Hello! Looking for a new roommate ASAP. The apartment is 3 bed 2.5 bath and the available room is a private room with a shared bathroom. Rent is $650 plus utilities. The apartment is a townhouse style and has its own garage. Washer and dryer is in unit. The complex has a pool and fitness center available to residents. The complex has an application process so message me for more info! Also not sure about the deposit because it depends on the complex.

There are 2 of us living here. I am a student who is pretty laid back and easy going. I also have a cat that hangs around :). The other roommate is also a student who is also easy going and keeps to herself.
