About the room
4 bedroom. My daughters come home most weekends and use 2 bedrooms, leaving this one available for rent. Private bathroom , just shared when my daughters are home (9 days a month) as it’s in the hall.
Full kitchen and house use. Laundry in the garage.
Pool and spa in the back. Parking in the driveway is fine. Street parking is your call but is open. No restrictions on street parking (permits and times) and no traffic other than neighbors since I’m on a cul-de-sac.
Very laid back. Zero drugs and smoking period. The bedroom for rent is shown furnished. All furniture I can move out if you need space for your own. The room can come empty if you’d rather.
$1100 including utilities.
About the roomies
Dad and two daughters 17 and 12 part time
I work full time, sometimes remote (so from the house). Girls only here weekends and some holidays. And not all weekends, just most of them.
Looking for female roommate only because of my young daughters.
