• There’s a park right across the street with two basketball courts. 15 minutes walk from the nearest Boston Sports Club.
• Washer/Dryer in unit.
• We are on the top floor of a three floor building, so no noisy neighbors.
• Close to bars/restaurants in the Adams Village/Lower Mills/Fields Corner neighborhoods.
• The cat (pictured) is moving out, so a cat would be welcome.
• Utilities vary between 50-90 bucks from summer to winter.
• Landlord would require a credit check be completed before signing the lease. Lease runs June - June, and requires first and last months rent, no deposit.

I am 27M originally from Ireland, and have been in Boston for almost 4 years, 3 of which have been in this apartment. I work 9-5 at a tech company in the city but have been WFH due to COVID (returning in August). Other roommate is 24F recent pharm grad, also moving in on June 1.

I am clean and respectable and would be looking for similar roommates!
