About the room
A private upstairs bedroom with a roomy closet and a next-door bathroom. You would be sharing the upstairs with my nephew (27-year-old college student) and another housemate to be determined.
High-speed internet access (wired if you want to pay for a cable drop in your room and Wi-Fi) and cable TV, all utilities included. There is no landline telephone service.
Front loading washer and dryer for you to use. The house has a security and fire detection system. House has exterior cameras and keyless entry lock.
Not a public transportation-friendly area. It is not practical for someone without a car to live here. Five-minute drive to the Howard Lane Metro Rail station.
The house: A 26-year-old David Weekly home, 3,000 sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bath home with an all granite and stainless steel island kitchen. Hardwood floors, 20’ atrium ceiling in the great room, etc. Small patio, large backyard. There is a nice community pool 4 blocks away. In 2020 The upstairs AC and heater were replaced.
About the roomies
You would be sharing the upstairs with my nephew (a 28-year-old college student) and another 27-year-old male. I have the master suite on the first floor. Professionally employed in the Life Safety & Security Industry and I work primarily from home (upstairs home office).
