Looking to sublease the remainder of my lease (about 7 months; it ends on 7/27/2023) to an interested party. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located 3 blocks away from campus (near the business building) and 3 blocks away from Aggieville. Short walking distance is key, especially with Kansas’s climate in the winter. Other amenities include:

• (2) Large Bedrooms / (2) Closets
• (2) Bathrooms
• Off-Street Parking
• Full-size washer and dryer in the unit
• Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave)
• All hard surface flooring
• Tenants pay electricity (about $65 per month)
• Water/Trash (Fixed Fee - $60 per month - $30 per person) I have lived here since 2020 and recently moved out of state after graduating with my business degrees. The apartment is a central unit and is very efficient in keeping itself warm during the winter. This has saved me a lot of money on utilities in past!
