I am now setting up appointments to view my room that will be up for rent June 1…

My home is near practically everything you can think of….from schools to grocery stores, a gym, 805 freeway & mall etc. Some businesses is even walking distances. Im in the heart of Chula vista. My home is comforting and welcoming. The room im renting is a spacious room that fits a queen size bed as well as a dresser and still have enough walking space. The room is in front of the house near the main livingroom. My family room is divided from the hallway which i have our privacy sliding door that separates the second living room and my 2 other bedrooms. I also have surveillance cameras all throughout my home. I have 1 fur baby, cat name Abby. Abby is friendly.. My family and I are good respectful people. Sorry no more pets in my house.

I’m a single mother of 2 handsome boys, one is 23 and the other 9 years old. I also have 1 fur baby cat name Abby. Only one of my offspring lives at home with me. ive been employed with the state for about 17 years now. im an easy going, family oriented person who enjoys spending time with my family. I keep my home clean and don’t like messes. My organization is a working progress since I moved in my home in August of 2019. My lil one is a well respected good boy who respects other people’s space except for mine lol. Im looking for someone who is honest as well as having good cleaning habits and good character. I don’t want any drama brought in my household as I have a lil one in the house. my home is a smoke free house. I need a roommate that is clean and respects ground rules in my home. I have a bit of OCD, as long as you keep your space and the rest of my home clean and are ok with some rules towards splitting the chores and especially how I maintain it, all should be good.
