Unfurnished, private basement studio with private bathroom and off street parking. Rent includes power, gas, water, sewer, trash, and EPB internet. Dedicated use of a large closet just outside of the studio included as well as use of washer and dryer that are also on the basement level.

The pictures show how things have looked with various tenants. Most have chosen to set up a full living area along with sleeping area and do their cooking in the studio. I do allow access to the full kitchen upstairs when needed.

Studio is on the same HVAC as the whole house with central heat and air.

House is on a large lot in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of off street parking. There is a garden area if you like to garden. 10 minutes to most major shopping with grocery and restaurants closer. about 18 minutes to downtown.

Dogs considered on a case by case basis.

I am a 43 yr old female entrepreneur. I am always working on some sort of project around the house or in my shop. I am crafty and creative and love to cook. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats that stay upstairs.

I rent a room upstairs to a 37 yr old female who works works full time and loves hiking adventures.
