House equipped with water softener, Reverse Osmosis filtration system, outdoor cameras and house alarm. Each renter receives a private hallway closet for your bathroom and laundry supplies and private cupboard in kitchen. Must be cat friendly. Deposit required.

This is a drug free Christian household. Wine with dinner or light social cocktails are fine but no excessive drinking permitted on property. No smoking of any kind, including vaping. Even medical marijuana is not permitted. You may be sharing a bathroom with additional tenant. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, back yard & grill and common area privileges. Must be clean, professional, and respectful of other peoples privacy and property. Utilities to be split in half or thirds depending upon total renters. This is a very relaxed and homey environment and perfect for people who just want a safe place to rest their weary head.
