The apartment is about 1,200 square feet, very nice sized, and has parking for at least two cars (indoor). Also has washers and dryers in the unit and the complex has a gym, pools, jacuzzi, etc. It’s very nice.

I am 32 years old, love to work out, do not throw parties (unless we both wanted to have people over - but I am fun and 420 friendly), and am very respectful of roommates. I do not care how old you are as long as you are responsible. I have a full time career. I am happy to discuss more about myself. I have two small dogs, they are hypoallergenic and very friendly. If you don’t want them in your room, we can put up a gate or keep your door closed when you’re not home. If you have a dog, let’s discuss that, but I am allergic to cats. All can be worked out. Any questions or concerns, just ask! I am 100% comfortable with male or female roommates.

You will see they are very clean, newly renovated with hard wood, stainless steel, brand new bathrooms, etc.
