Light filled main floor bedroom looking out on private backyard with adjacent bathroom (clawfoot tub!). Both bedroom and bath are freshly painted, the bathroom has new flooring and a new toilet:) The desk in the dining room is available for you to use as a home office/study area. The house is a charming and comfortable 1890’s Victorian near Laurelhurst Park, the #15 bus line and so so many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. There’s a spot in the yard for growing a few vegetables if you’re interested in gardening. Walk-in basement with easy bike storage, other storage space and washer and dryer. Lots of roses!

I am the owner and only other roomie. Quiet, tidy and responsible. I’ve been living with housemates most of my life and feel like I have developed good communication skills and an understanding of how to share space respectfully. I am fully vaccinated for Covid and will be returning to work soon, waiting tables - usually during the dinner service. I have allergies so sorry, no pets. I love biking, camping and singing!
