Vini's room

The house is located in the Arcata bottoms and 1.2 miles from HSU. Two rooms are open for rent this upcoming may 1st. Has a two car garage which has a gym inside and room to store bikes. Laundry is on site as well as a big back yard for hang drying clothes or sun bathing. The inside kitchen has modern features and granite counter tops and much cabinetry space for food and dishes to be stored. Living room is furnished and an excellent place to relax and entertain guest.

Currently there’s two males and a female living on the property. We formed a family like relationship and are there to help one another with groceries and cooking. We relish conversation and keep the place maintained by picking up after ourselves. Our hobbies range from biking/rollerblading, weight lifting and coffee runs. We’re looking to get a like minded individual in this place.
