The bedroom itself is complete with a new queen bed and brand new high end memory foam mattress, top of the line mattress cover and mattress pad. Dresser, night stand with lamp, smart tv and area rug as well. Nice cotton sheets, bedding and towels if needed can be provided by request. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement, shared between the 2 flats. This is a smoke free home.
The first bedroom is currently being rented by a very kind, respectful, non-smoking, hard working female. We only rent to one person per room for a max of 2 tenants in the space. This is a chill space, not a party house, most of our tenants in this duplex, are in Detroit for work, and we wish to keep a peaceful environment.
