Bell Flower Lane

Looking for one roommate to share my 3br/2.5ba house in the great neighborhood of Kawana Springs (like a 7 minute walk to Taylor Mountain, 1.5mi to Costco/Target/Trader Joe’s). You can pick either of the two open bedrooms and it can be furnished with a full size bed/nightstand/bookshelf or unfurnished. Planning to leave the third room as an office/guest room. Bathroom is all yours, except for the rare times there are guests. Lots of light, awesome kitchen, outdoor patio, and a 2 car garage for parking/storage. I do already have a cat, but another pet is welcome as long as your pet gets along well with him.

I work a pretty regular 8-5 job as a biomedical engineer. I’ve been working from home for the year, but should be heading back to the office in the next couple of weeks. After work, I usually go to the rock climbing gym or for a bike ride, make some dinner, and in bed by 10ish. I’m gone a lot of weekends skiing, climbing, camping, etc. Pretty laid back, eco-friendly, and tidy. Feel free to ask any questions!
