Teasdale Lane

This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in West Santa Rosa. Only room downstairs is going to be the room to rent with the move in date being January 1st. New wood laminate flooring and carpet have been installed. We are looking to rent out the room downstairs as there would be a shared bathroom downstairs (only shared shower) There are hookups on the first level for a washer and dryer. We do have other accommodations that is not included in rent which is garbage, WIFI, water, and PG&E which is split between all of us. This will be a 6 month lease as it ends in June 2022. The posting when we first moved in unfortunately the posting did not have a picture of the room but it the second biggest room in the house and most secluded as the other three rooms are upstairs. So whoever would like to see the room would just schedule a viewing.

Hi, so we have Jakobe/moving (23), Cam (23), and Zach (24) and Sebastian. We all have full time jobs while Cam and Sebastian are attending Sonoma State and Zach who just graduated. We`re all easy going guys, all pretty busy with work, school, and the gym. Then again when the time comes we know how to send it with the boys. The down deposit was 2x the rent when we first moved in so it will be $1650 and the room will be available December 29th.
