One furnished bedroom and it’s attached private bath is available for rent short-term for 1 - 3 months. Single occupant is preferred but will consider a couple. My property is a large 2- bed/2-bath condo in Redmond with beautiful views east towards the Cascades. Convenient location to freeway/bus stop/Microsoft and within a 15 minute walk to downtown. Easy access to many technology companies as well as hospitals and health care facilities. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor deck. All utilities are included and I am willing to consider a small dog for an additional fee and deposit. Traveling medical workers are encouraged to apply as I have had several successful roommates with jobs in that industry. Also many tech employees.

To be considered you must be gainfully employed, considerate, neat, and clean. A refundable deposit of $500 is due upon move-in date as well as first months rent, prorated. Rent is $1200 (additional $100 if a couple) and is due by the 5th of each month. Please let me know if you plan to work from home when you reach out to me.
