We looking for a roommates for a set of open rooms in our House (3 bedroom, 2Bath)top level. 2bedroom, 1 bath.

The back patio has an open view. The bathrooms for each will be private minus the hall (common area restroom). The house has all the amenities included. And included in the rent (Water, electric, Internet, WIFI) .

The full use of the area of the house, livingroom dinning room kitchen large patio will be open for use with shared responsibilities for over all cleanliness.

There’s also a washer and dryer available for use within the house.

House, is also big enough to comfortability and work from home if needed. We never had any issues with noise or space. So we do take care of the trust we extend to our housemates. Currently not available. Bedroom one (MasterBedRoom) price as it stands at $1300. This room will have it’s own restroom.

Currently available Bedroom two:(MED Sized ) 1000 Currently available (Three:SM Sized ) will have a restoom not attached. This room is $950.

If both med and small room are rented together in a Perosonal living space and bedroom style the restroom will be private use for that room set. Price is 1650

We are flexible about a move in date. We would like someone to move in sometime In now Whatever the move in date is rent will of course be prorated.

About us: We are recently relocated from Cali. We will be in the DC area for 3+ years. Ages 20 to 30s who are pretty mellow on the weekdays but like to hang out on the weekends. We are active and enjoy a few beers/drinks on our back patio. We are very clean and respectful of each other and the common areas.
