Looking for a roommate for my beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom house. The house is in a central location (but quiet), a 2 minute walk to the Promenade and a 7 minute walk to the Westfield Village.

Private bathroom, and can choose from 2 available bedrooms. Leasing out only one of them. The third can be accessed by both of us as an office.

The house is fully furnished (with the only exception of beds–maybe 1 queen size bed will be left) with beautiful furniture, an open living room and den area, fireplace, a huge chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, and top of the line finishes.

2 car garage.

Back yard boasts 3 sitting areas, a pool, grass area, a grill, and tanning beds.

Very well maintained–pool man and gardener every week.

Applicants must show proof of income and pass a background and credit check. No couples please.

I’m a 29 year old professional woman and also an MBA student. I’m easy going and want roommates who I can feel at home with (not like strangers) as this home has been in my family for many years. I don’t smoke, but don’t mind if you do so outside. Oh, and I have the most amazing golden retriever on the planet who will protect our home!
