About the roommate: 33 year old male, professional. I work weekdays in Sorrento Valley. Pretty easy going, go with the flow however I am a neat & organized person. Don’t really care what the roommate does in their own private space but I expect the new roommate to be mindful of communal spaces like living room or kitchen because we will be sharing the space.

About you: as long as you’re easy going and knows when the trash need to be taken out or know when to clean up a bit, we will get along great! Preferably male (it is a shared bathroom) and as long as you have a job and the leasing company will approve you - you’re welcome!
