room available unfurnished(all bills included). Has a backyard, washer/dryer, shared bath room, WiFi, and parking. Smoking allowed Outside. Close to Jan jac college. On the east side Houston with beltway8, hwy90, I10 surrounded.

Currently have a roommate but she’s on her way out and I myself have a busy work schedule I come home and sleep. On my day off I do like to sit back and have a beer but I’m not ever in your space and I’m pretty considerate of other peoples spaces and sleep schedules.
