Hello! I’m the homeowner and I’m renting out the rooms to my townhouse. I have a cozy upstairs bedroom for rent in Centreville with shared bathroom with a male in his late 20s. His name is Ray and he’s helping me take care of the home. The room can come with a full sized bed/mattress if needed. We’re looking for a professional female or male roommate. There is currently 2 other females living in the home as well. Utilities will be split which is roughly $70-$85. There are non-reserved parking on first come basis and street parking nearby.

About the home: This is a townhouse in Centreville in the lovely Sully 2 community. Common areas include main floor living room, kitchen, deck and laundry unit on the bottom floor. About the Housemates: There are 3 people currently living here - mid-20s working female in the upstairs masters, late-20s working male in the upstairs bedroom (will be sharing the bathroom with him) and late 20s working/student female in the basement. All professional and friendly.
