I have a large studio available in Rogers Park (Northside of Chicago).

There are 2 choices available for this studio. Minimum is sublease is 5 months (4/1/21-8/31/21). This one needs lessee (you) has to have 650+ credit score and 2,700 income MINIMUM, no co-signers allowed.

The second available option is a 1 year lease (4/1/21-3/31/22), and then you’d be able to get a co-signer with 680 minimum credit score, preferably more, and income of above 2800 a month, preferably 3,000 or more. This place is located right of the Morse Red Line El, right by a whole bunch of things to do, 150 ft away from a children’s park, and a 5 minute walk from the beach!

No sex offenders since it’s a few feet from multiple parks and a few schools. Plus there are children in the building so I know that goes against some paroles.

You’ll live there alone! The whole place is yours! Just please, no dogs over 40 lbs and only 1 dog OR 1 cat. Extra 35 dollars a month per rent unless they’re a service animal or ESA.
