My place is centrally located on Bering & Westheimer it is close to all attractions: Bars, Fine Restaurants, Fast Food Restaurants, 2 Minutes to Galleria Mall, Texan’s NRG Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Medical Center and all the Grocery stores. It’s minutes away from downtown, Midtown, Montrose, East End and other destinations. Somehow, the Condo complex still maintains a quietness that is slightly removed from the hustle & bustle of the Galleria. This top-floor unit comes with great balcony views overlooking the community pool, courtyard, and plenty of beautiful greenery.

About me: I’m a 30yr old single professional woman and I work in the manufacturing industry. I prefer a female roommate with proper income and stable lifestyle. I drink red wine occasionally and I don’t mind an occasional/social drinker. I do not smoke.
