I am the Villa owner, not the co-tenant. We are looking for a male to share this 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with another male tenant, already in place, near Paddock Mall available now. Villa is fully furnished, all utilities and internet included in rent, with full home use (kitchen, laundry, etc.). Includes access to Community Country Club that has Jr. Olympic Pool, work out equipment rooms, running/aerobic room, racquetball, tennis, walking track and more. This is a very nice quiet community and very centrally located. Near Paddock Mall, CFCC, and minutes to almost all amenities. Please, no smoking/vaping, drugs, and sorry but no pets. There will be both a background and credit check at your cost ($60). Rent includes everything listed above and is $800 per/month plus one months security deposit. Prefer young to middle aged male as the other tenant is the same.

26 yo male is the current tenant. He is a full time student with a full time job. He is quiet, likes to cook, and physically fit.
