Great size room (10.5 x 12.2)that could comfortably be used as a double if interested. Shared bathroom with one other person. Amazing apartment staff.
About the roomies
Due to job changes I’ll have to be leaving the davis area. Looking for someone to take over my lease till August 31 with a very easy process to sign a lease for fall now if interested however it would be a different unit and not through me so please keep that in mind Two of the photos attached are just general photos of the complex i found online. It’s the same lay out as ours. Security deposit is $180 Last months rent (August) has been paid for so i kindly as for that in the deposit as well, which would be $800
Along with the monthly rent, there is a $20 service fee per room. Then pg&e and internet is split between everyone who lives there.
