Room for rent in lovely rogers park condo, two blocks away from redline, groceries, wine shops, nightlife, the beach, and weekly farmers market. Bedroom has large closet and can easily fit queen size bed and other furniture. Shared bathroom with large tub, good water pressure and plenty of room for toiletries. I have a border collie name Cairo (she’s a sweetheart), so you must be okay with dogs. No new pets. I am very clean and would prefer someone who is as well. Washer dryer in unit. My dog is snuggle bug but she’ll leave you alone if you’re not a dog fan. She’s well trained, she wont chew up your things or eat your food - even if you leave it unattended on a coffee table. And of course she’s completely house broken. She will bark at the mail person when she see’s them outside - but will cease any barks if you whistle for her to stop. I mostly go to my friends houses for socializing but I will on the rare occasion have a few friends or family over for dinner/drinks.
