Rent is 660, utilities are an additional 60. Its available June 1st. This house is located in a great neighborhood. It is safe and quiet. There is a front and backyard with a lot of privacy. In addition to the driveway, there is always plenty of street parking spaces available. The house is not far from downtown, SBCC or the beach, and you can easily walk to a bus stop. This is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, with a large living room. The house has a lot of storage opportunities. It has a full kitchen and is great for cooking your own meals. A washer and dryer that is available on the property and are free to use. WIFI is available for a small fee. The heater works great and the house stays cool during the summer. This is a double room with both spaces available around the same time, as me and my roommate are both moving out due to transferring from SBCC to a university. The room is furnished and has a large built-in closet. The room has two windows that make the space feel bright and open. The bathroom has a large shower/bathtub, large counter space, and lots of cabinets in various sizes.

The other two housemates currently living in the house are friendly, clean, and considerate. They are 24 and 26. I am 20 and have had no problems with the age difference. Both the two other bedrooms are being rented as singles and have their own entrances.
