Yo I have a house until the end of May and just needed a roomate to help w rent as a temporary place for a couple months. Responsible adults plz. Drink, be loud, carry on, just don’t damage anything.

I work every day 7-4 I would like a responsible roomate to help me save some cash these next two months to start my own business. You are welcome to participate while you are there and after, but I require respect for the home, my things, my dog, my time, otherwise, should have 0 issues getting along as I’m not there a lot, but do spend time there as I’d like to. I’m not a prude or stiff but I do rent this home from someone who has done us favors in the past and am looking forward to getting my deposit back, anyone with deep cleaning skills and interior decorating/ repair will be a priority. I will help as needed but will pay or discount rent to make sure my return on my deposit is secured. Thank you. I have more info as required just shoot me a message.
