Looking for a roommate in a newly built house in the Norris Square/Olde Kensington area. 3 rooms available: master @ $1200/month, and two other rooms @ $900/month. Master room is on the 3rd floor right next to wet bar and stairs to roof deck. It has large windows, accent lights, walk-in closer, 2additional closets, and a private bath with dual vanity & shower with dual showerhead. 2 additional rooms are on the second floor and each have large windows. The second floor also has a full bathroom & laurdry/dryer. House has all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, central AC, gas heating, large windows, 1st floor powder room, wet bar, and roof deck!!

I plan to be staying in the room in the basement. I am an outgoing & adventurous person who prefers to be outside most the time; due to covid that means mostly going on walks/hikes. I also love to dance, listen to music, travel, reflect inwards, and get a deep understanding of how things work. I graduated in 2016 with a Physics/Engineering degree and currently work as an engineer. I prefer to work out of the house when I can (at least 2/3 time as week).
