Christian's room

Looking to rent out one of my spare rooms; fully furnished with a private double vanity bathroom. You will have have access to common areas.

I recently retired after serving 21 years; I am 39 years old and live a pretty quiet life. I am very clean, non-smoker, quiet and a professional; I do have a german shepherd who is very clean also. He uses his doggie door to access the fenced in backyard. No drug use, occasional cocktail, I rarely bring people over. I will be the only one residing in the household. Also, for added security, I do have several cameras on the outside of my residence to include intrusion detection.
