Shauna's room

This apartment is located in Midlothian, VA. There is a Food Lion up the hill (a lot of ppl walk there nowadays) and plenty of other stores/restaurants in the area. There are all sorts of amenities here (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, walking trail, lake, etc.)

It would just be me and my cat. We would share a new 2 bedroom apartment. This is a great area with excellent schools. I’m currently in a 1 bdrm but need to renew my lease and would like to split everything 1/2 and 1/2. The apartment would be furnished except for your room. I’m over 40 and just keep to myself these days. I do have a cat that seems to only like females, but he’s very friendly.
