About the Room

Private furnished bedroom available with access to shared bathroom and common areas. The room includes a bed, dresser, and reliable internet. A new mattress will be purchased for around 100 dollars unless you want to bring your own; otherwise the cost will be added to the move in cost.

Utilities

Utilities are included in the monthly rent; however, any total monthly utility costs exceeding $250 will be divided equally among all tenants residing in the home at the time the charges are incurred. This applies only to the electric bill.

About me: I’m Joey, a 17-year military veteran, originally from NC, but currently living in CA. I’m a seasoned property manager with 4 years of experience in California, and I take pride in maintaining a clean and respectful living environment. You’ll be joining a community of respectful and considerate individuals. One of our current roommates is a recently retired Army veteran with 30 years of service. He’s a quiet and professional individual who keeps to himself, often spending weekends at his girlfriend’s place. He’s meticulous about cleanliness and maintains a tidy living space.

Additionally, we have a tenant who works for the post office living in the studio downstairs. He’s a hard worker and often keeps to himself, so you may never see him, considering the studio is separate from the main house.

In a month’s time, we’ll be losing a roommate who is graduating from college and moving out, leaving an unfurnished room available (except for a single bed frame). This is an exciting opportunity to join our community and make the space your own! The room will be available in June.

We value respect, cleanliness, and positivity in our home and look forward to welcoming like-minded individuals.
