This apartment is close to campus, a bike trail, and a variety of stores and restaurants on Regent St. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room. There’s also a fitness center owned by the property management and nearby parking. The bedroom comes with a bed frame and mattress, desk, and dresser.

Hello, I’m Matthew! I am currently a student at UW and I will be working with the university this summer. I’ll be out of the apartment for a good portion of the day due to this, but when I’m home I enjoy movies, fiber crafts, and video games (among other things). I like to keep a clean apartment and have a relatively standard sleep schedule. I would love to hang out and maybe cook meals together, but due to COVID, I would like to keep indoor social gatherings to a minimum. Also worth mentioning, I am queer and trans, so I would prefer a roommate that is LGBTQ+ identifying. My roommate is away for the summer, so it’ll just be me.
