Magnificent Large 13’3“ x 20’10“ private sunny bedroom with a bay window, southern exposure. You get your own 10 cubic ft refrig., 8’ of closet space, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, and a queen bed. The bathroom is only shared with 1 other person. Weekly professional cleaning is included. The home is on a quiet professionally landscaped park like setting on 1.2 acres. Utilities and high speed wireless are included; only cable tv is extra if desired. The large yard has a common barbecue, tables, chairs, and a fire pit. Shared use of kitchen, laundry, family room with tv, and gym in basement.
The home is kept nice and clean. Everyone is kind and respectful. Sorry no pets.

The price is for single occupancy, couples add $400. On site parking is available.

Angie & Nick are in the Master Bedroom w private bath, Roger, Angelo, Desiree, and Dwight have a room upstairs with their own bathroom. Dan is a software engineer and is in the finished basement bedroom. Everyone is friendly, hard working, respectful, positive, and clean. It’s a big house, it’s rare to see 2 other tenants at one time, everyone is working different hours.
