The home is managed by Josh, a professional tattoo artist and portrait painter. He keeps the home well maintained, stylish, and comfortable while respecting everyone’s privacy and independence.
Josh is friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, but also values a peaceful household where everyone has their own space. The goal is to create a clean, respectful, drama-free home with mature adults who can coexist comfortably.
Luana, Josh’s sister, lives separately in a private studio on the property. She is a warm, friendly respiratory therapist with a positive personality and great life experience. Although she has her own separate space, she occasionally joins in casual household conversations and brings a welcoming, down to earth energy to the property. The house is usually mostly women but I welcome all to apply.
