I have one room available. It’s peaceful and quiet. Everyone does their own thing. Everyone is or was a student. We are all adults and get along well with each other. There is no drama here. The room is all yours. You’re welcome to use the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, front and back yard. We have a LG OLED C1 tv too. The drinking water is free.
I’m a professional tattooer and oil painter. I live in a studio on the property. Cynthia is the volley ball coach for Whittier College, she’s working on her Masters there and is also a high school teacher. Luana is my sister, she’s a respiratory therapist, she stays in a studio separate from the house. Leslie has a BA in criminal justice and is the Lacrosse coach at Whittier College. The roommates are rarely around.
