With soft natural light, high ceilings, and a luxuriously comfortable queen bed, dresser with mirror and nightstand with Closet and storage space.

Please note the common spaces of the house will be shared with other pensionnaires.

HOUSE: Newly remodeled home with OPEN CONCEPT all white kitchen and farm sink with chairs to enjoy a quick bite. Living space with fireplace and 65 inch tv. Also has a formal living area with a great sized couch and a tv for your own space to have. Dining area to enjoy your meals. Outside kitchen for added space to enjoy.

HOME GYM

Includes a bench/ squat rack, adjustable dumbbells, pullup/dip machine, jump rope and plenty of weight to add individually 💪🏽

ABOUT ME

My name is Julio, Im 29years old. Im currently employed as a CORRECTIONAL OFFICER for 7 years. Im very understanding of cleanliness and privacy, especially after a long day at work. Very helpful and respectful to whatever you need. Right now with medical professionals at an all time high with work load i figure i get involved and help where i can, while i can.

NEIGHBORHOOD: BEYER AREA

Public tennis courts, park and track to run is right across the street. Really great area for shopping. Huge Save Mart around the corner for grocery shopping. Riverbank is 3 miles away for more great shopping and food areas. Vintage Fair Mall AND Freeway is 5 miles away. All my neighbors are well established in this neighborhood well into their 60s. They all love me and me being law enforcement helped ease me into the area. We also all watch out for each other on the block.
