Room is 10 feet by 11 feet, with a large closet. Located in a quiet neighborhood at the under Spanish Hills. Less than 10 minute drive from CSUCI. Spacious house with plenty of parking, nice kitchen and large back yard with a patio. The house also has a washer and dryer. The room is available now and unfortunately no pets are allowed.
About the roomies
I’m an Aerospace Technician in my 20s currently in school finishing up my BS. The other female roommates are also in their 20s. We are fairly clean and quiet and for the most part keep to ourselves. We all work and prefer to share our home with someone who does the same. Overnight guests are allowed, but we’ve come to the agreement that one person per room works best for everyone. We are all easy going, and are willing to communicate if issues come up. Utilities are split evenly, and range from $65 to $100 per month depending on use.
