This house also features a patio for your use which overlooks the backyard. Perfect if you like to grill, or like to enjoy your morning coffee outside.

Leases are 90 days and then month-to-month. This space will rent for $690/month + utilities (around $100/month). Utilities include electricity, water, trash, sewage, and high speed fiber internet. We handle all lawncare!

Located off Old Peachtree Rd NE in Lawrenceville, just minutes away from Downtown Lawrenceville and I-85.

Prospective residents must have a clean criminal background, good rental history, verifiable income and excellent references. The minimum deposit is $300 for credit scores above 650. Lower credit scores will require additional deposit in most cases.
