Howdy Friends! I’m looking for a roommate to move into a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Townhouse in Thornton! This place is great! It’s a brand new build and the common spaces are furnished and there is a gym and a pool! I’m planning on turning the third bedroom into a guest room/office (If you could use the extra space there is definitely room for negotiation!) Pets can be considered if they’re well behaved and they have to like me because I’m insecure enough! It’s located in Thornton, 20 minutes from downtown Denver and really close to the light rail!

About me, I’m 21 and currently work in the service industry. I spend a lot of time at work but when I’m not working I like to go out and have a drink or 8. I also like being outdoors because I’m from Colorado duh! I hope we can be friends but if I’m not your cup of tea then I’m a really respectful roommate either way!
