This is a furnished room with a dresser, night stand, queen bed and private restroom included. Currently, the bed and dresser is not in the room since the previous person brought their own furniture. Access to the backyard, kitchen and washer/dryer is included. Wifi is included with the payment and utilities are mostly included with the payment. The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood of Montclair. The house is one mile from Hwy 10.

Montclair is a city with a major transportation hub as it has buses and a Metrolink system that gets you to Los Angeles and San Bernardino without transferring.

Another polite and very respectful working professional male is living here. I’m only looking for people that are CLEAN and respectful. NO SMOKING, no kids. Background check, credit check and a month to month lease is required.
